Sales conditions It’ possible to choose your wine by the cart or downloading our wine list and sending your order by mail (ordini@grandibottiglie.it) , by fax ( +39 0112211922) or calling us ( +39 0112161396) specifying the code, the name of wine, the amount, your possible requests and your data. The order is always subject to our final confirmation. Our Offers are valid excepted errors or omissions, except sold and subject to final confirmation, in the price are excluded taxes, packing and shipping. For orders from Italy of at least 500 euro shipping costs are free. For orders from other country in Europe of at least 1000 euro shipping costs are free. For orders out from Europe of at least 2000 euro shipping costs are free. Payment is due upon the raising of the invoice, strictly within 10 days Goods are payable by bank transfer (SWIFT) as indicated on the invoice itself. Credit cards are accepted by using PayPal only (www.paypal.com - a safe online payment system). Payments must be transferred in full to us (no shared costs). No fees or any wire transfer deduction are accepted for incoming payments. Title to all wines shall remain with TWS until all sums due from the buyer are paid in full. All contracts are subject to ITALIAN law and jurisdiction. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the proper cellaring of wines in our possession and will act in good faith in purchasing wines, we cannot be responsible for the condition of wines or whether they show any attributes which might be expected.
